We are delighted to share that the Bhutan Innovation Lab (BIL) has been featured in the Q3 Datavores Regional Newsletter, published by United Nations Global Pulse Asia Pacific. The feature highlights our week-long capacity-building programme held in Jakarta this August, which explored service design and policy blueprinting as innovative tools to strengthen public sector transformation and collaborative problem-solving.
This special edition includes three co-authored blogs between the Bhutan Innovation Lab and UN Global Pulse Asia Pacific teams, reflecting on the value of knowledge partnerships, systems thinking, and design-led experimentation in shaping better public services. Through this collaboration, we explored how human-centered design can inform policy and governance helping bridge ideas, build futures, and foster innovation ecosystems that respond to people’s real needs.
