About Us
Established in 2024, Bhutan Innovation Lab is a PMO–UNDP initiative driving innovative policy solutions for national resilience.
Guided by His Majesty’s vision, it ensures efficient and rapid policy advisory, solution testing, and supports Bhutan’s 13th FYP and 10x vision, reporting directly to the Prime Minister.

Having graduated from LDC status in 2023, Bhutan faces structural economic challenges. The Lab supports national strategies to address these, aligned with the 13th FYP and goal to achieve high-income status by 2034.
